Fully AI E-commerce Motion 2026

Motion
cards

A still catalogue photo, turned into a short loop inside the product card — and a click-through rate that moved with it.

Format
In-card looping animation
Role
Concept · AI production · Motion
Input
One static photo per card
Scope
5 puffer cards

On a marketplace every card gets the same half-second. Brands don't lose the sale on the product page — they lose it in the grid, before anyone has opened anything.

Click-through rate

Five puffers got the animated card. The rest of the collection kept its static photos and served as the control.

The five outperformed them on clicks by roughly a fifth — and sales on those specific styles followed.

Role (what I did)
Concept and full AI production for cards that had to earn the click, not the scroll.
01
Read the still
Cut, quilting, hardware and colour taken off the single catalogue frame — the loop has to show the same jacket that ships.
02
Build the world
Studio white swapped for real winter light and snow, so the product is seen in the conditions it's bought for.
03
Direct the motion
A short turn and small gestures — enough to reveal a second angle and catch the eye, short enough to loop without wearing thin.
04
Cut to card size
Delivered at the card's own dimensions and length, ready to drop into the listing with no reformatting.
